Earl has many years of experience at this dealership and was v My wife and I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul on 11-23-2018. Our salesman was Earl Nymeyer. Earl has many years of experience at this dealership and was very knowledgeable and professional. Earl took the time to show me the service department as well. Tom in finance knows the business and the process and was very efficient and professional. We were in and out in an hour to close the deal as opposed to the several hours of waiting around we experiences with our prior purchase (3 months ago at another dealership). We had looked at 4 other vehicles in this class (Honda, Buick, Subaru and Hyundai). The Kia was the best quality, warranty and value proposition. The transaction was smooth and the experience was not high pressured. We just took delivery of the vehicle a few days ago but thus far we are really enjoying our new Soul. No regrets. More
