Repair on my 2014 MKS Took my car in for repair on the passenger seat air bag. The light was staying on all the time and the air bag would not activate if we were in an ac Took my car in for repair on the passenger seat air bag. The light was staying on all the time and the air bag would not activate if we were in an accident. I have the premium extended warranty on my car and they said part would not be covered. Somehow the manager of repairs spoke with Lincoln and the part was covered, this was a $425.00 part. What is the purpose of having an extended warranty on the car and still have to pay that much money? It was all taken care of and I'm very happy that this was resolved without any issues. I have been with Southgate Lincoln since 2004 when I bought my first Lincoln and hope I can continue to buy cars from there in the future. More

Did What I requested and fixed the Vehicle I brought the car in to perform an operation specified by a service bulletin. I had the bulletin in hand , but they had already looked it up based on I brought the car in to perform an operation specified by a service bulletin. I had the bulletin in hand , but they had already looked it up based on the info supplied at the time I made the appointment. Mr. Kruczynski understood what I needed and the shop performed the specified tasks in about an hour and washed the car. The price was less than originally quoted which was a good gesture. The price was reasonable. The car was fixed and I was on my way. No additional work (necessary or otherwise ) was suggested which is a good thing since no additional work was required. More
