Very unsatisfied almost customer I recently visited this establishment to purchase a vehicle i had seem online, a 2013 red certified pre-owned Lincoln MKS. The sales associate Jason W I recently visited this establishment to purchase a vehicle i had seem online, a 2013 red certified pre-owned Lincoln MKS. The sales associate Jason Webber did nothing but lie, xxxxxxxx, and drag me along for 3 weeks. It took over 24 hrs. for a credit check. He had very poor communication skills. There was a dent and numerous scratches he said they would fix. He stated the dent might me an issue, but the scratches would be no problem. A few days later dent was gone scratches were untouched. He lied and xxxxxxxxxxx me for 2 more weeks about the scratches getting fixed saying their body shop was extremely backed up. In addition, they tried to persuade me to come pick up the vehicle that they would give me a written agreement saying they would still fix the scratches free of charge. I am so happy I refused to do this. However, it wasn't until i got pissed and threatened to report this to the department of motor vehicles, the general manager, and corporate Lincoln that the truth finally came out. Turns out upon removing the front bumper to repair and repaint the scratches they found damage to the fog lights and wiring stating it was as if someone drove over too high of a curb or parked into a large snow bank. They put the scratched bumper back on and neither the sales associate Jason Webber nor the pre-owned sales manager Robert Warren said nothing to me and as I encountered them several time periodically. The car needless to say is no longer certified. In addition, they were letting workers in out of the vehicle with muddy feet and no paper carpet protectors and the owner manual was left out of the vehicle during the certification process. If something like this starts happening to you please go directly to the general manager he seemed like a reasonable individual. Enter this dealer at your own risk. More

Trust me when I say if I ever buy another new car, it will be from Southgate!!!!!! More
