I took the car and fobs to a dealership closer to my home and the office manager at southgate would not even talk to Crest Lincoln who was willing to fix the fob. Instead she made me drive 100 miles back and forth to Southgate to fix the problem. Then once there she never even apologized or acknowledged I was there. More

I have been very satisfied with this dealership, I have purchased four Lincolns from Southgate Lincoln since 2016. When I took delivery of my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus I was a little overwhelmed with all of th purchased four Lincolns from Southgate Lincoln since 2016. When I took delivery of my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus I was a little overwhelmed with all of the new technology, that this vehicle has. After spending approximately 15 to 20 minutes going over the options in the vehicle I was still overwhelmed. I have spent countless hours still trying to set up this vehicles and am still struggling to get some of the options to work the way they are supposed too. More
