Poor customer service. Used car salesman was great but office manager is NOT very customer service friendly. I took the car and fobs to a dealership closer to my home and the office manager at southgate would not even talk to Crest Lincoln who was willing to fix the fob. Instead she made me drive 100 miles back and forth to Southgate to fix the problem. Then once there she never even apologized or acknowledged I was there. More
