Everything from start to finish was really great. I had a tire going flat and the sensor went off when I started the car in my garage. It was ordered and came in to the dealer the same day. My car was ok to drive and I didn’t live far. I went back in and tire was replaced. Very happy about that! More
Emailed looking for a Corsair and heard from Alexis. I explained my wants on the phone and we set a date for an in-person. Although we had clearly discussed the Corsair, coming from a Navigator and seeing the line in the showroom, Alexis had no problem pivoting and showing me the Nautilus instead. The big screen made the transaction transparent. No more let me talk to my supervisor nonsense. The numbers were clear. I didn't feel any pressure. I left in my new Nautilus. She followed up post purchase to make sure that I was happy. Southgate Lincoln made it easy to buy but easier to maintain. They will pick up the Nautilus for oil changes/service and will return it washed. Will return for my next lease. More

The team at Southgate Lincoln did a super job delivering my new Lincoln Navigator. Alexis Mosley ordered the vehicle for me and then helped me get set-up in the vehicle. Dealership did check that both key fobs actually started my new car. I discovered that one fob would unlock car and open doors but would not start the car. I took the car and fobs to a dealership closer to my home and the office manager at southgate would not even talk to Crest Lincoln who was willing to fix the fob. Instead she made me drive 100 miles back and forth to Southgate to fix the problem. Then once there she never even apologized or acknowledged I was there. More
