The two people at the service desk were very polite and helpful with our problem. The power unit is bad and it needs replacing. It well cost over $800 to fix it. The young lady called Honda service up. They will cover 90% of the cost. The seat is not under warranty. She is going to call me when the new seat comes in. Her help was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the service department because of her helpfulness. More
