Mike the service manager was very helpful from the time I called to see if my car could be checked out. He recommended that I have the car battery jumped and then I could drive it in. Bait and Switch So my wife and I found a used cr-v on the dealer site. I call and ask is it still for sale? They told me yes come on down for a test drive. Mind you w So my wife and I found a used cr-v on the dealer site. I call and ask is it still for sale? They told me yes come on down for a test drive. Mind you we already saw the crv on the lot. We go in and they are ready to get the key. All of the sudden the sales guy goes into manager and manager says no deal. tell them it sold. So no test drive and they acted like car was gone. So we leave go to lot and there it is with a sticker 1000 more than our purchase price. Same vin same mileage and color. So no don't ever go there for anything. We bought a car in Ohio where they deal fair at least at the the dealers. They gave me two free oil changes and I have to drive further away so I will no see the crooks at this dealer. Buyer totally be aware these guys are con men and crooks who deserve to lose the Honda franchise. More

Read Below and Beware! I'm writing this to warn any potential buyers to not deal with this dealership! My husband and I did a ton of research and drove 4 hours each way to p I'm writing this to warn any potential buyers to not deal with this dealership! My husband and I did a ton of research and drove 4 hours each way to pick up a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Genthe knew we were coming for 6 days, but upon arrival the van was a mess and had not been cleaned at all. Once we got inside the van, there were hidden water spots all over the ceiling of the van and on the leather seats. There was patches of carpets ripped out and covered up in all pictures posted, and even when we got there they took the spare tire out to put over some of these patches of missing carpet. There was black paint dripping from the outside, scratches, etc. When we expressed our disappointment, the manager Darren said he was horribly sorry and would send us something because it took us 9 hours round trip to drive there to pick up the car (I am also 8 months pregnant and we have 3 small kids we had to get sitters for). However, we waited 3 weeks to follow up with Darren since we never got an apology and his response "did we ever promise the van was in good condition"? I responded and the dealership actually blocked our email. We were very cordial during the entire process and never made a scene. I'd prefer not to write a negative review, but this is an exception because of the lack of professionalism. More

Awful So I purchased an accord in 2016 and to my knowledge I purchased the sentinel package that covers oil changes and tires. Well the last 2 times I went So I purchased an accord in 2016 and to my knowledge I purchased the sentinel package that covers oil changes and tires. Well the last 2 times I went to the dealer to change my oil I was charged for the service even though I asked if I had the package and they said I didn’t. Yesterday I hit a pot hole and 2 tires blew. I called the dealer to see if it was covered and they said no that I only had the sentinel package for oil changes. I googled what the package which said oil and tires are covered. So I called back and spoke to the manager and she apologized and said she will look into it and get me a reimbursement for the oil changes I paid and told me they had the tires in stock. So I went to the dealer. They told me it would be about an hour because there was one car in front of me. I said ok I’ll wait. As i was waiting there i see the manager talking to a girl that came in about 20 min after me. They were definitely friends. So a little while later they moved my car further into the shop and put the managers friends car on the lift while my car sat further in the shop. Once they were done with the managers friend car, they moved my car back and put it on the lift. So they only moved my car so i would think they were working on it when they didn’t. I was there for 2 and a half hours. It’s unacceptable. More
