Made things right... I had a bad experience with this dealer in the past, but they made things right. Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that th I had a bad experience with this dealer in the past, but they made things right. Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that they had made a few changes in order to increase customer service. He was very sincere and takes customer service serious. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car in for service. I had my oil changed and a Dodge PMC reprogram recall done. I must say, the experience was great! Frank in service made it quick to get in and out and made sure I was satisfied. I will be back and look forward to dealing with them, that’s what everyone wants in a dealership. Thanks Chris. More

Wonderful Experience This morning, I received a telephone call from Mr. Scott Ross, Service & Parts Director, about having three recalls on my Charger fixed. The recalls This morning, I received a telephone call from Mr. Scott Ross, Service & Parts Director, about having three recalls on my Charger fixed. The recalls were supposed to have been fixed yesterday, but they weren't. I took my car home and was not happy. Mr. Ross apologized for yesterday, and he let me bring my car back this morning so it could be worked on. Two of the three recalls were fixed (in record time), my car was washed, and Mr. Ross called me as soon as this was done. Mr. Ross could not have been any nicer or more helpful. He is outstanding at his job. He has restored my faith in Dodge. Many, many thanks to him!! More

Now time for service after 2 weeks we experienced a shake at highway speeds, return for service and balance tires not a problem fixed. I got a email from Onstar telling me I need to have my car checked at a Chevrolet dealership so I did and I'm over the mileage warranty that's not a problem because I purchased the electronics warranty (extra cost) that morning I called the dodge place and was setting up a time to have it looked at but I was told that's not covered it's a added accessory I then i said no it's not it comes with the Tahoe, I then said I'm not arguing over the phone about it I'm on my way in . After arguing they said they will pay the 88$ to get it checked by Chevrolet dealership because they're a dodge dealership and if it's programming or a download it's on me . The next morning I dropped it off to be checked and at 11:30am they found out it's the antenna that's broken so I called the dodge place to get there approval to fix it and again a discussion about if there going to pay I ask him to let me know because we need our car back today. 30 minutes later I called the sales manager and he got it approved cool right wrong. At 12:30 I call to check on my car and he has not called to approve it just phone tag (1 missed call and a email from him that didn't approve it) .at 1:30 we called 6 times and was getting voicemails from everyone at the dodge place and finally got through at around 2pm we had to give him the number again to call and approve it . Picked up our car and the parts guy said he was rude when he called to approve it . What's going to happen when something major happens find a loophole to get out of fixing it I'm hoping I'm wrong and it was just a bad day or something for the Service guy today. I didn't list any names unless you want them . The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it got fixed PS I had to apologize to the nice service guy at the Chevrolet dealership for going through everything that happened today. More

When it came time for my Ram’s first service I decide I bought my 2017 Ram Rebel from Southfork and was very pleased with the buying experience there. When it came time for my Ram’s first service I decided to return to the dealer and see how they serviced after the sale. I scheduled my service on a Saturday and when I arrived it was very busy. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the shop team was able to change the oil and rotate the tires in about one hour. They even washed the truck and vacuumed the driver and passenger floorboards. Southfork has been given me five-star service from day one. More

Awesome Customer Service I felt important from the time I walked in the service area until I left. After my car was service for the recall on it I returned to pick up my car I felt important from the time I walked in the service area until I left. After my car was service for the recall on it I returned to pick up my car and they had went beyond just the recall service. They had washed my car which it needed bad, they had aired up my tires they were low, and had dusted off the dashboard area. And I just wanted the recall fix! On my way home I remembered that I wanted to ask about getting a key fob for my husbands truck we lost. Went I went home I contacted the dealership by email. The response was almost immediately I recd a call and receive my answer. I was really pleased and appreciated their time with me. The service dept gets an A++ from me I will be going back there for my next oil change on my car too!!! More
