This review is a total outrage. We didn't leave the cap off your coolant and cause the damage. Take 5 oil change did it. I spoke with your insurance company myself and I was the one, as the owner of the store that was able to get it covered. It was the video that made the difference. I sent them a hard copy of the video because it wouldn't load and had a lengthy discussion with them about what we had seen from insurance companies in previous situations. I leveraged relationships so you would not be out to dry. I have never met someone more ungrateful. We could have told you, sorry not our problem, but I felt morally obligated to help you because that is what I would want if this happened to me. You were looking at a disaster and we guided you and helped you with no obligation to do so. This is why good people don't want to help when it's not their problem because you end up with this as your reward for helping. No customer should use this review as a reason to not do business with us and you should be ashamed of yourself for writing it! All I can say is WOW! Really? Your insurance company came and picked up the vehicle and they had a release. Because of this review I will be reluctant to help other people and that is why you should be ashamed.
