Even with a misunderstanding, when I booked my service appointment online, the staff was very accommodating! Everyone was very nice, and even though I could not complete my service for that day, they make appointment online, the staff was very accommodating! Everyone was very nice, and even though I could not complete my service for that day, they make sure I had all the information needed for when I came back. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that they made sure I completely understood what was going on with my car before I left, and also gave me a written copy of what we talked about. More

When I first bought from this dealership, one of the selling points to retain repeat customers was three years of oil changes. I was told that when I bought my first car with them, when I didn’t qualify for it. But it was an incentive to purchase again, so I did. When I purchased again, I was told by the salesperson and the finance manager, repeatedly, the same selling point: three years of oil changes. Fast forward to now: I’ve just had the second vehicle for 1 year, and I’m told I’m out of oil changes. I tell them that is not what I was told. I’m then informed it actually meant three years OR three oil changes, whichever came first - which was patently NOT what I was told repeatedly over multiple visits. I felt very loyal to this dealership because I felt they took care of their customers, but now I feel lied to. I was considering purchasing from them again but I am reconsidering. This felt unfair, manipulative, and shady to promise something multiple times and then shrug and say, whoops, that’s not what we meant and it’s your fault you didn’t understand that. Never — NEVER — was anything other than the phrase “three years” used. I feel cheated and lied to. Take care at this dealership. More
