My car was throwing a code for the drivetrain. Even though she was not able to replicate the error with the initial diagnostic, service technician Courtney still agreed to check the car in and ch Even though she was not able to replicate the error with the initial diagnostic, service technician Courtney still agreed to check the car in and check in thoroughly. She could have easily told me there was nothing wrong and no reason to perform the check because the dealership was too busy, but she did it anyway.
