Courtney has really changed my eerie perspective on this dealership service team! From the moment i stepped foot in there for my oil change, she was super attentive and communicated with me each step of the dealership service team! This most recent event, I was able to reach out to her and he provide me timely response and support when my car ran hot on the freeway. She assisted me in getting squared away with the tow truck and communication was complete 360 from my previous rep!
