I was told a draglink issue on my 2023 Gladiator with 23,000 that caused uneven wear on front tires and wobbly steering was not a warranty issue because I have driven my jeep on the beach. I have driven my new Jeep on the beach about 6 times since I have owned it (I bought it brand new. ) The Jeep exterior is in immaculate condition, always washed after every beach visit. They also said that my windshield washer pump went out because of sand. I never go to the beach and spin donuts packing salt underneath the vehicle. I think SouthFork is a bunch of xx. Lost me as a customer forever!! More

Corresponded with Sam on Sunday on their c7 Corvette convertible as ready and able to buy. Found out this AM, that Sam doesnt know anything about the condition of the car [active DTCs as it was run thr convertible as ready and able to buy. Found out this AM, that Sam doesnt know anything about the condition of the car [active DTCs as it was run thru their shop], doesn't have a photo of RPO build code label that you should have with every vette [its a label inside the car} and most importantly that there is a mandatory $4000 customer purchased dealer option package required, in order to be able to buy the car!!! B/S option package includes paint & fabric protection. WOW [in a bad way]!!! SO the real price to actually be able to buy the car is $64k NOT the advertised $60K. Obscene margin made on the dealer mandatory option. Is this how CDJR dealerships run in TX? Talk about deception, dishonesty and B/S! No way! You be the judge! More
