Interacting and being nice to my son when we have to bring him somewhere is so important to me and everyone at Southfork was amazing and made it feel like a family experience. He and Jordan even drove the car out to me about 2 hours from the dealership so I could test drive it. They were by far the best car salesman/financing manager I have ever dealt with. (And I have purchased over 8 cars). I had a few concerns so we have not yet sealed the deal, but they never pressured me to do so during our "off-site" test drive meeting. Horrible We arrived ready to purchase a jeep. Our salesman Javier was more concerned with telling us his personal life experiences than selling us a vehicle. H We arrived ready to purchase a jeep. Our salesman Javier was more concerned with telling us his personal life experiences than selling us a vehicle. He told us about his vehicles he owns but couldn't take the time to tell us anything helpful about jeeps. We asked him to tell us what the selling points of the jeep are (because he didn't tell us anything) and his answer was "the jeep sells itself". Really? After we did our test drive we were passed around to 3 different finance managers and after 4.5 hours of excuses we left. We went to a different dealer and got our Chrysler financing as we TOLD them we had to begin with. We got a better equipped jeep for the same price and 5% less interest. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Not sure what happened at South Fork but you guys dropped the ball from the moment we got our salesman. He wasn't a salesman. He was more just like an usher. More
