Hidden charges I am pleased with the overall customer service, however, disappointed in the hidden charges that were never disclosed when I agreed to the price. When the sales person brought a print out with the grand total with TT&L, additional $1700 were also sneaked in. Once the payment was made and I was looking at the print out and break down, it had approximately $1700 for the paint/ theft protection warranty. I asked the sales person that I am not interested in it and he said it is already installed in the car and there is a disclaimer with the price that states that. I did not see the disclaimer anywhere. I did purchase the car but I feel that the dealership should be honest and upfront about disclosing warranty that appears to be mandatory and you cannot opt out of it. This should be part of a price and not an added cost to the buyer. More
