Albert was very patient with us considering we went from Durangos to Jeep Grand Cherokees to Ram trucks! Initially my husband was set on spending a certain amount and usually nothing would have made him budge. But after spending a little time with Albert discussing numbers, he leaned to me and said "It's not even about the cost anymore, I really like the people here".
