My experience was AMAZING from beginning to end! I am so happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a dodge, Chrysler, ram or jeep! I called them and got connected with Patrick from internet sales. I told him what I was looking for and he mentioned that they didn’t currently have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but he searched and found it at a sister lot! He told me that if it wasn’t what I wanted, he could extend the search. This immediately put me at ease because I already knew that they would find me exactly what I wanted and not pressure me to settle with what they had so I made an appt for that same day. I went in for my appt and was immediately greeted by Aaron, who became our salesman. Aaron was so nice and also hilarious! This was my first car purchase and I was nervous, but he was so nice and helpful that it really made the experience a breeze! He explained everything to me and made the process so easy! Him and James were an excellent team and made sure that I was getting the car I wanted and worked to get me the best deal and they did just that! We finished all the paperwork work that day, including finance. Our finance person, Baldemar, was also incredibly helpful in breaking everything down and assisting me in getting the warrenties that worked best for me and would still keep me in my budget. PLEASE do NOT go here! The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. After you tell the sales person what you’re able to afford on a 2019 (5,700 miles) vehicle, they still tell you what they know is HARD was HORRIBLE. They approach with a sheet of paper AFTER they run your credit and give you VERY DIFFICULT terms 3000+ down payments and MORE! Maybe you all that has posted about your experience being good went on a sunny day because TODAY was NOT it. Plus I WILL NEVER RETURN and each person I encounter seeking a vehicle, I will be sure to refer them to the FORD dealership next door because they gave EXCEPTIONAL service!! After expressing my concerns to the salesman, she went to get her sales manager which was the heavy set Hispanic (MIGUEL) which made the situation even worse. Once he walked over, he did NOT greet me and my sibling, secondly he sat down with a attitude and after noticing his attitude, I caught a attitude and expressed my concerns about wasting people time if they KNEW the deal could NOT be done. After speaking, he walked a away and did NOT try to further assist or fix the issue! He was VERY VERY rude and even attempted to walk back towards me and my sibling in a THREATENING manner making me and her feel VERY uncomfortable after I said to her that “he would remember this experience”.
