Those include fixing the pre-owned vehicle, adding anti-theft VIN # and GPS tracking for one year, a coupon book, and nitrofill for one year. I personally didn't need those items, although other people may find them useful and benefit from them. Overall I was happy with my experience. More

The front receptionist was amazing let me start there. HOWEVER, our sales man, Albert, started talking politics within 5 minutes of us sitting down. We had to call them several times after we left to talk to get any information. He said he would call and he NEVER did.
