Terrible customer service I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday night so that it could be one of the first seen by the service department on the next morning. After going until I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday night so that it could be one of the first seen by the service department on the next morning. After going until mid-day and not hearing from my service advisor, I tried to contact him, but was unable to, so I was forced to leave him a voicemail. My voicemail went unreturned, and I made multiple attempts to reach him over the next few hours to get an update on my car, but was unsuccessful as it went to his voicemail each time I called. About an hour before the service department closed I was forced to ask the receptionist who answered the phone to find someone who could give me an update on my vehicle since nobody was returning my calls. She tracked down my service advisor who then told me my vehicle hadn't been looked at yet. I found this to be unacceptable since I dropped it off the night before and was told it would be one of the first to be seen. What I find even more unacceptable is the lack of communication from my service advisor. As I see it, the purpose of a service advisor is to advise me...that is difficult to do when my calls go unanswered, unreturned, and a receptionist has to physically track him down to take my call. Back to my vehicle not being seen...because it had not been worked on, I had no transportation to or from work for the next two days until I could pick it up once the work was finally completed the next day. Therefore, I was forced to use an Uber taxi service. What this boils down to is my service advisor not returning my calls or keeping me updated on my car ending up costing me money out of my pocket to get to and from work. Not once was a loaner vehicle or other option offered to me. I apologize for the length of this review, but I wanted to make sure that the proper people knew why I will no loner be using this dealership for service of any kind. Not even the free services that I receive as a result of purchasing the car at the dealership, such as oil changes and state inspection. I would gladly spend the money elsewhere, so that I can feel like my time and patronage are appreciated. Thank you... More

Engine light is on After numerous visits to another VW dealership, we were tired of the problem coming back. Engine light, glow plug light it would come on and go off at After numerous visits to another VW dealership, we were tired of the problem coming back. Engine light, glow plug light it would come on and go off at random. We decided in a pinch to try Greenbrier VW service department. Andrew took care of us and had the car back to us within 24hrs. Gave a loaner overnight, as my wife needed to make some appointments. We have had the car back 4 or 5daya now and all is well. With the previous VW dealership we had the light engine light came on 2 days afterwards. We drove it several times and a 2 hour long drive from City to country driving conditions. All is good?
