Good people friendly service. Went to have a repair done to the gearshift and had to wait a few hours because the process would take some time. Tim explained everything to me and asked if I needed the shuttle to take me somewhere. I declined and just waited it out. Not a big deal as I have waited longer for many other service related appointments. It was fixed and they also provided the free oil change included. Also I inquired about the tinting that was provided with the care program for my car and received a voucher for it. Overall everything went well and if I need another service done, I will go back. More

Exceptional service and performance This is the second or third time I brought my car in for repairs or to have it serviced at this location. I knew I was in good hands, so when I came i This is the second or third time I brought my car in for repairs or to have it serviced at this location. I knew I was in good hands, so when I came in after work Tuesday, 2/26/19 in a panic because my car had just failed inspection that required a major fix, Tim Champion was the first person that I came into contact with and who also became my service advisor. He advised me to leave my car there and he would take care of the rest. The next day he called to let me know what was wrong with my car. He was very professional and he made sure that while I was without my vehicle having it serviced that I was still able to get around. He booked a reservation right across the street at Enterprise rent a car and kept me informed every step of the way about the progress of my car. So Friday morning I get a call from Tim letting me know my car was fixed. I was so pleased with the level of customer service from this man I shouted. Thanks Tim for everything and the person who fixed my car. More
