Very decent VW Service I had a decent experience here. I arrived at my appointment and was helped right away. Staff was courteous and decent. The gentleman at the desk was great but the maintenance service lacked industry normalcy. This is disappointing considering my past positive experiences with this dealership. More

Quick and accurate service My car was in for its 40,000 mile scheduled service. I was kept informed and my approval was gotten before any other work was done. Took forever and crappy job Was scheduled for oil change arrived at 9:30 and stayed on location. At 11:45 was notified that I needed a couple tires. Agreed to replace two. So fro Was scheduled for oil change arrived at 9:30 and stayed on location. At 11:45 was notified that I needed a couple tires. Agreed to replace two. So from 9:30-1:50 it was done. The very next morning was out and did a errand. While coming to my car noticed oil under my car. When getting in my emergency notification came on saying low oil turn off engine. Looking under the car saw all the oil pouring out. Had to get roadside assistance and was charged out of pocket $100. This only blessing was that southern VW let me use a loaner car. Crazy two days.
