Highly Unusual Problem Solved I had a collapsed drainage channel on my '12 Jetta Sportwagen TDI that was funneling rainwater into the "spare tire" compartment below the cargo area. Love the place, but this experience was not great. About a month ago I took my 2017 Honda Civic to get my rear passenger tire replaced. Becuase it wasn't a Volkswagenn they needed to order the tire whi About a month ago I took my 2017 Honda Civic to get my rear passenger tire replaced. Becuase it wasn't a Volkswagenn they needed to order the tire which is understandable, but the associate who I delt with was not good about following up with me (when he said he would call back with an update, he didn't, so I had to call) and it took almost a week to arrive when he told me that it should have only taken at most three days to receive. After I finally got the tire replaced and left the shop the (TPMS) Tire Pressure Monitoring System alerted on the dash that there was a problem with the system. I knew that sometimes that happens simply because of a change in the weather and all you have to do is calibrate the system to make the alert go away. So I tried that multiple different times, the alert would go away for minutes or a few times even a day or two but it always came back. I made another appointment to take the car in and noted in the notes section that I had already tired calibrating the TPMS multiple times and that it did not work. When I dropped the car off to be serivced I was supposed to be leaving it was the same associate I had when I got the tire replaced, but he was out to lunch so I spoke with another associate who was great and took great care of me making sure I had everything I needed and he even had a great attitude when I asked him if I could add an oil change to the service. He assured me he would make sure that the associate handling this service would get all the paperwork and everything he needed since he wasn't there for me to speak with. He also assured me it would be done and ready for pick up before the end of the day and that the associate would call me when it was ready. After a few hours I realized it was getting late and that I wasn't sure what time they closed and I hadn't yet received a call (again, just like last time) that the car was finished so I decided to call. When I did, I found out that the car was finished and ready for pick up. It was about an hour untill they closed and I live about 30 minutes away from the store so I headed there but because of the traffic I got there too late and the cashier had already left, but they told me that even if she was still there I still wouldn't have been able to pick up my car because the service associate didn't even leave the keys and paperwork with her before he left for the day like he was supposed to since the car was done and ready. So after all that I still couldn't pick up my car. I went in the next day to pick it up and asked the cashier if they had been able to fix the TPMS Problem and she looked at the paperwork and said it looks like they calibrated it and that fixed it. So I thought okay well good I guess maybe they were able to calibrate it a different way than I did, and that worked. I was just happy it was fixed... Then not even five minutes away from the store the TPMS alert came on again. I called and they told me I would need to make another appointment and bring it in again. I am very frustrated that I am having to find time for this again, trying to work around my job to make these appointments just for them to not listen to me when I told them I had already tried calibrating it and that it didn't work. They did not even reset the maintenance information for the vehicle to show they did an oil change so I hope they even did one. Over all I am very disappointed. More

Very decent VW Service I had a decent experience here. I arrived at my appointment and was helped right away. Staff was courteous and decent. They were able to find me some I had a decent experience here. I arrived at my appointment and was helped right away. Staff was courteous and decent. They were able to find me some extra savings for some parts I got installed. The only thing I didn't like is that there was no car wash on site to give customers a light wash after service. More

The gentleman at the desk was great but the maintenance service lacked industry normalcy. This is disappointing considering my past positive experiences with this dealership. More

Took forever and crappy job Was scheduled for oil change arrived at 9:30 and stayed on location. At 11:45 was notified that I needed a couple tires. Agreed to replace two. So fro Was scheduled for oil change arrived at 9:30 and stayed on location. At 11:45 was notified that I needed a couple tires. Agreed to replace two. So from 9:30-1:50 it was done. The very next morning was out and did a errand. While coming to my car noticed oil under my car. When getting in my emergency notification came on saying low oil turn off engine. Looking under the car saw all the oil pouring out. Had to get roadside assistance and was charged out of pocket $100. This only blessing was that southern VW let me use a loaner car. Crazy two days. More
