4 visits for one proper oil change I had to do this 2x the first time didn't save so and I was very detailed....so this one will be very short in saying I went for a oil change...got ho I had to do this 2x the first time didn't save so and I was very detailed....so this one will be very short in saying I went for a oil change...got home oil leaking...came back a week later...advisor wasn't there so I had to come back...came back they looked at it ...asked me who changed my oil cause it was the wrong plug on the pan....I said them it's free of course....left and checked my coolant which I remind them everytime I go in to fill it was very low...it was still low so I had to back...called my service advisor he was busy as always and couldn't talk...hour later I show up and get helped by someone else...they fill my coolant and I'm off. This is the second time in a year I left an oil change and had to come back cause it was leaking...smh. they have a system there where within 6 months you have to keep the same service advisor and mechanic....not sure which is worth but I've reached my witts end. Definitely makes me want to go to priority to buy my next car...my wife goes there and everytime she leaves she's raving how good they treat her, and I'm left complaining about having to return so Volkswagen can properly do their job. More
