Andrew. I had my car in for an inspection back on August 16, 2023. Just an inspection and I was told that something was replaced because of a recall. I had to return my car twice to dealership after because my engine light came on and then the radiator hose came off while I was traveling. My car overheated and my dashboard lit up like a Xmas tree. Andrew tried to charge me for repairs and I went off on him. He was so unprofessional and so nonchalant with damaging my vehicle. Another service member took over and eventually my car was returned to me but my engine light comes on at least once a week. I have problems with the anti skid and my car still skips. All I know is that since that inspection my vehicle has not been the same. Before the inspection I never had any problems with my vehicle whatsoever. Low mileage for a 2017. I wasn't even given a rental car while my car was being repaired until the last day. I have been doing business with this VW dealer since 2008 and I was totally disappointed. Your dealership is not what it used to be. More
