I went for a 10,000 mile check up - i asked for a loaner car in advance - when I arrrived at the dealership I was told that someone from enterprise would pick me up momentarily- it took 15 minutes- then wen car in advance - when I arrrived at the dealership I was told that someone from enterprise would pick me up momentarily- it took 15 minutes- then went I arrived at Enterprise I had to wait for almost an hour to get car because they did not have any cars there - I had made the reservation a week in advance with VW More

I took my Jetta in for a state inspection and oil change. My father said that was very expensive because the hose itself is only about $50. So we told them to put a rejection sticker on the car and we took it to another mechanic. (Maypaw in Norfolk, VA) They took a look and said that they couldn't find ANY EVIDENCE of a leak! They did the inspection and didn't find ANY leak at all, anywhere! Lesson Learned: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!! More

I don't give a !@#$ if Greenbriar Volkswagen is the best dealership in VA and NC... They are terrible! I scheduled for a service a month ago and they call me two days BEFORE mys service appointment sayin dealership in VA and NC... They are terrible! And this wasn't the first problem I had with these people! I swear the God I'm going to Virginia Beach Checkered Flag for more of my Volkswagen needs. Ridiculous. Straight up ridiculous. I can't take it anymore of their business and they know me so well... when I walk in there I'm just full of rage... they try and kiss up and make me feel better... I shouldn't have bought a 2007 Rabbit there... they trick people into buying their cars giving all these COOL FREE gimmicks and what not... saving money crap... Once you sign that darn contract... it's all over. LIARS. LIARS. LIARS! That's all I can say. More
