Andrew Smithson is our service adviser and explains the work needed at each service center visit. Repairs are completed correctly the first time. I have NEVER had to return my car because a repair was completed incorrectly. We recently purchased a GTI through salesman Reggie Myers. Great experience with him and Vickie. They were able to locate the green color my wife wanted and have it delivered. She loves it. The staff at this dealership make sure we're taken care of. We also believe in the VW quality, workmanship, and currently own 4 of them from 2005 to 2018. More

3hrs for an oil change This was by far the worst experience that I've had at SVG. The service department told me it would be an hour and a half for my oil change, but that t This was by far the worst experience that I've had at SVG. The service department told me it would be an hour and a half for my oil change, but that turned out to be a lie. I was there almost 3.5hrs, mind you I came during my lunch break. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have just waited another day. It almost felt like I was forgotten and had I not said anything they would have continued to let me sit. On top of that, they offered no apology, but continued to try to sell me more product! All of which I declined. Moreover, I stood at the check out window for 5mins trying to get someone's attention, grant it, the woman who normally works the window was training someone, however attention to detail was poor. If I could I would give you all a half of star. More
