Awesomeness!!! I enjoy going to southern VW for my service/recalls etc.. I Just don't the Military Discounts 10%. Really???? AC works like a charm I went in for a routine 150,000 mile service. My AC had not worked in 3 years and two mechanics couldn't figure out the problem. Replacement of horn ring When the replacement horn ring was received it was discovered that the air bag attached to the assembly was the one that had been recalled. The updated air bag had to be paired with the horn ring. This appears to be a case of the manufacturer not purging his stock of replacement parts. It may be an oversight or a case of attempting to save a few pennies. In any event, I was placed at risk of continuing my use of a vehicle that had the recalled air bag replaced. This recall is a serious matter: I was, if not for the attentive eye of the technician, placed at serious risk of life and limb. The stock needs to be purged at the very least. More

Time and again I have to follow up on work preformed. Tire balance and rotation, handling was dreaded after. Come to find in the rotation process the for and aft tire pressure was increased (why I do not Tire balance and rotation, handling was dreaded after. Come to find in the rotation process the for and aft tire pressure was increased (why I do not know) and was not reset to the correct for/aft requirement. Called service (Andrew), very helpful, offered to go on a ride along to experience what was going on. Dropped tire pressure all around, ride quieted significantly. More
