The service advisor, Timothy Champion, was very pleasant, professional, and informative. After service was completed Timothy came to the waiting room and escorted me to the cashier, gave me a review of the service check, shook my hand and made the cashier aware of my presence. I had a problem with my 2006 VW Passat shuddering under a load a high speed. I took the car to my service advisor, Andrew Smithson, at Southern VW. Quick to get my money but not quick to fix my car The reason why they got a rating which is a 2 is because I purchased two cars from off the lot the same day. one of them look like it has not even bee The reason why they got a rating which is a 2 is because I purchased two cars from off the lot the same day. one of them look like it has not even been service we left one of the cars which was a Jetta to get service they brought it back to me at home and it was still dirty outside and i noticing the paint job was bad I let them know they stated they will go ahead and get it fixed I brought it up there twice already in one week and they never got around to it but they didn't call me until about 3 p.m. even though I drop the car off at 8 a.m. for instance I was told today to drop off both vehicles one was a 2015 Jetta for it can get a nice paint job and also I was told to drop off the 2015 Beetle for the sunroof can be fixed because it was broken neither one of the jobs were completed today and I dropped both of them off at 8 a.m. this morning when I called her she said that she had to still get the key from the guy who was painting the 2015 Jetta and to wait a while for it I waited she never called me back which was Cynthia and then at 6:15 I called and that's when she said I have the key. The dealership had the car from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. it's like they don't even care that we have other things to do. And the car still isn't painted and they had to keep the 2015 beetle to get it fixed and they'll have it ready tomorrow and they've had that since 8 a.m. so right now I'm kind of upset with Volkswagen might even go see WAVY-TV 10 More

They love telling me that I'll have to go down to Greenbriar to get anything free (oil changes, etc.) They're doing me a favor because I'll gladly come down, visit family, AND also have a great time at Southern Volkswagen Greenbriar because I know that my car is in good hands and they love treating their customers well. Something was left unhooked and meant that my car had no boost, so I had to turn around and get it taken care of again. Tim was very apologetic, and got someone on it immediately. I brought the car back that tuesday for an issue they noticed while doing the fuel pump (leaking coolant) and I did not receive my car back until Friday, which I understand will happen, and the accommodated me with extending the rental car out. About a month ago I brought the car for the oil change and it went very well, but it seems like it can be hit ormiss. More
