Great experience at Southern Volkswagen I came in for a state inspection and to check on a tire pressure light. The service representative was very efficient and recommended an oil change since, although I was not at the recommended mileage, the time duration was met. I agreed. There was no pressure only facts to support recommendations. I appreciated that and felt that the service rep was interested in making necessary recommendations and separating out the elective maintenance. I was also provided with information on the cost estimate of those things I might need to address in the future. That was a big help to me. Thanks for a great experience. My work was completed in a totally reasonable time at a very reasonable price. More
