Tim Champion is a wonderful Service Advisor who answers all of our questions and provides good recommendations. Tim does a great job of assisting us with keeping up the maintenance on all 3 of our vehicles! More
Would not recommend The people at the counter were excellent. Our technician left something to be desired. After changing the oil she failed to fill the oil and after com The people at the counter were excellent. Our technician left something to be desired. After changing the oil she failed to fill the oil and after completing the recall repair she failed to reset the system so when picking the car up we were told the engine light was on (which wasn't on when we brought it in for simple maintenance abs recall work) so it set me in a panic mode until the person checking us out realized that the mechanic did not reset the system. The counter person was incredibly helpful however because he took time to look at the underside of the vehicle with us and help us see a possible oil leak. Thankfully it was remaining from a previous repair and not a new leak! However helpful, had I not asked him to check the dipstick and see that the oil had not not been filled to the proper level we would have thought we had a serious leak. So overall I'm disappointed and would not recommend this service nor would I return. it was only after I asked him to check that it was determined that adequate oil had not been added so I was pretty upset since they were wanting to charge me to find a leak as a follow up service. More
