Great Customer Service Service Department folks very exacting in making sure my '03 is running well. Wes and Tim also were my hero's - I had accidentally dropped my wallet o Service Department folks very exacting in making sure my '03 is running well. Wes and Tim also were my hero's - I had accidentally dropped my wallet on the floor near the Cashier's window and it was found by Tim and Wes texted me to let me know the wallet was at the Cashier's Office. Yeah!!! Wes was also helpful in ordering a new gas cap for the '03, the original plastic tether on the gas cap had seen better days and had expired - now I can pump gas without worry that I'll drop/lose/forget the gas cap that I've had to place either on the back window of the vehicle or on the top of the gas pump. More

The Best customer service I was unable to schedule my maintenance on line so Wes set up my appointment for the date and time that was convenient for me. Upon arrival Wes greete I was unable to schedule my maintenance on line so Wes set up my appointment for the date and time that was convenient for me. Upon arrival Wes greeted me and took my vehicle right in. He went over everything in great detail prior to the service being performed . Eric took great care of my vehicle and I only had to wait a minimal amount of time. Andrew and Brent were very accommodating during my visit. More
