Service Had vehicle towed to dealership. First thing the next morning I received a call and was told they had my vehicle and a technician was getting on it to Had vehicle towed to dealership. First thing the next morning I received a call and was told they had my vehicle and a technician was getting on it to diagnose the problem. Within a few hours had a phone call back with diagnostic. After repairs were made another phone with some incredible news that a major part of the bill was covered from extended warranty! Great and honest dealerships are hard to come by these days. Will continue to use this dealership for future work. More

That Great Southern Service! I brought our 2013 Jetta in for the State Inspection. I had called Wes in the Service Dept. to set the appointment. I get all major work done at the Volkswagon dealership. We are not like family, we ARE family. I trust them when they diagnose problems and and their prices are reasonable. I have rarely had problems with my car. I took it in for an oil leak and fuel injector misfiring. The car is good to go once again. More
