Very pleased with the customer services My son's car needed extensive and expensive car repair, and parts had to be ordered, which meant that the dealership had the car for a week. Wes was very professional and nice and kept me in the loop as to the progress of the repairs and also following up with me after the car was picked up. I was not happy that it cost so much - no fault of the dealership :) - but I was happy with my dealings with Southern VW.
