Exceptional service and performance This is the second or third time I brought my car in for repairs or to have it serviced at this location. I knew I was in good hands, so when I came i This is the second or third time I brought my car in for repairs or to have it serviced at this location. I knew I was in good hands, so when I came in after work Tuesday, 2/26/19 in a panic because my car had just failed inspection that required a major fix, Tim Champion was the first person that I came into contact with and who also became my service advisor. He advised me to leave my car there and he would take care of the rest. The next day he called to let me know what was wrong with my car. He was very professional and he made sure that while I was without my vehicle having it serviced that I was still able to get around. He booked a reservation right across the street at Enterprise rent a car and kept me informed every step of the way about the progress of my car. So Friday morning I get a call from Tim letting me know my car was fixed. I was so pleased with the level of customer service from this man I shouted. Thanks Tim for everything and the person who fixed my car. More

Disappointed They recommended to replace a part that would cost $650. I said it was replaced about a year ago by them hence it was supposed to be under warranty, ( They recommended to replace a part that would cost $650. I said it was replaced about a year ago by them hence it was supposed to be under warranty, (only then) the agent checked their records and confirmed it and said: Since their recommendation was not based on an error code in the diagnostics tool the part could not be replaced under warranty. Then, they changed their recommendation to waiting and observing until the repeatation of a similar problem that would result with receiving a diagnostic error code indicating to change the part because their initial recommendation was precautionary. So, the part was not replaced, and none of these are indicated in the service record given to me. Very disappointing!. More

Tim was first person around 7a I was frustrated, and totally scared of the length of time and cost.I work three jobs and not one of them on a busline. Tim was first person around 7am to answer the phone he put me to ease about having my car towed and give me a speedy informative report of the problem.I have only a few more payments on my car and I was not even sure how I would get to my jobs .Yhe price was more than I exspected however I felt confident the job was done right.Tim took his time and he was honest and he was sure not to anything without my input.
