Scheduled Maintenance - Less waiting time than expected I had made an appointment and I was initially planning on dropping it off,. The person who was taking care of me (Wes) made sure my vehicle maintenance was complete that same morning (possibly three and a half hours wait). The vehicle maintenance was complete and ready for delivery within two and a half hours instead. Great customer service. More

Good people friendly service. Went to have a repair done to the gearshift and had to wait a few hours because the process would take some time. Tim explained everything to me and asked if I needed the shuttle to take me somewhere. I declined and just waited it out. Not a big deal as I have waited longer for many other service related appointments. It was fixed and they also provided the free oil change included. Also I inquired about the tinting that was provided with the care program for my car and received a voucher for it. Overall everything went well and if I need another service done, I will go back.
