Non-competitive pricing I scheduled my service appointment online over 1 week prior to the actual appointment. I arrived at the dealership to check in my vehicle and they did I scheduled my service appointment online over 1 week prior to the actual appointment. I arrived at the dealership to check in my vehicle and they didn’t have me in the system. Apparently their online system doesn’t coordinate with their scheduling ability. Unfortunately when you schedule online you don’t get to view pricing so I heard from the service advisor that my 30k maintenance was going to be over $400 and it was basically a glorified oil change. I decided to call around after hearing that to other dealerships and see what they charge for the same service. It was at least $100 less for more service. I’m highly dissatisfied with the price of service. More

4 and half hour oil change - xxx I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but take advantage of the free oil changes that came with my vehicle purchase. Yesterday I had a I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but take advantage of the free oil changes that came with my vehicle purchase. Yesterday I had a 10:00am oil change appointment. I arrived to the dealership and was asked if I could come back at 1:00pm. I wasn't happy about it but agreed to return at 1:00pm.., I had a few errands to run anyway. Later, I returned to the dealership, for my now 1:00pm oil change appointment, and it was 2:30pm when my oil change was completed. I have never heard of a oil change taking any longer than 30 minutes. This is ridiculous! So, in all my original 10:00am oil change was completed at 2:30pm. That's four and a half hours it took to get a scheduled oil change at the Southern Volkswagen Greenbrier Service Department! xxx More
