I am upset because I was told that my hood release cable was broke. I have never went under my hood for anything and this dealership is the only ones who have been under my vehicle’s hood from the previous was broke. I have never went under my hood for anything and this dealership is the only ones who have been under my vehicle’s hood from the previous oil change to now. I do believe that a tech accidentally broke it, but I was still charge $600 for the repair, in which I politely decline. I do believe the repair should be done at no cost and don’t think I will be returning to this location for service. More
