Every time I bring my vehicle in, no matter who the advisor is, they are always very thorough and professional. I personally like working with Tim. I was worried it wouldn’t be finished in time for our cross-country road trip, but they were able to diagnose the issue and correct it in a short period of time. Since it fell under warranty there was no cost to me either, which is always a bonus. I know sometimes (for us women especially), we feel pressured into paying for services we may not understand we need, or feel taken advantage of, but I have never felt that at Southern. Because of their positive attitudes and professionalism, I keep coming back, and have now purchased about 5 vehicles from them. More
I definitely received a fast and courteous service. Andrew displayed strong knowledge of the ID.4 workings and was able to provide quick resolutions to the issues I had with alert messages. I had concerns about my car and the tech that helped me also agreed about my issues. He heard and saw the same things I did. When I left it for the mechanic to look at the mechanic said he couldn’t duplica also agreed about my issues. He heard and saw the same things I did. When I left it for the mechanic to look at the mechanic said he couldn’t duplicate my concerns even though the tech tried to help show him. I believe this was intentional because by time I drive back home my warranty will be over. This was strategic and a way for Volkswagen to make more money. I pay for these services and because the mechanic and manager decided it wasn’t important enough I received no help. So when I drive back to California God forbid something happens and I have to Get it fixed and don’t have money for my kids livelihood I hope y’all feel great about yourselves. And I hope in the future you don’t have to decide to fix you car or feed your kids. More
