I just wanted to say that Tien Lien my salesman was the best I've ever encountered. I have never met a car salesman who knows his product inside and out. He took his time to show me all of my features inst best I've ever encountered. I have never met a car salesman who knows his product inside and out. My wife and I were in a pinch to find her a new car as her car had recently been totaled in an accident. We had purchased that vehicle ( a Jetta) a couple years earlier from Southern Volkswagen. We had had a very positive experience purchasing our Jetta, and loving Volkswagens in general, returned to Southern Volkswagen to find her a new car. We went in looking for the salesman, Brian Wagner, whom had originally sold us the Jetta. We really liked and appreciated Brian's laid back, yet completely knowledgeable, approach to selling cars -- and personally we think of him as a friend. We came in with many different models in mind. Brian located the models around the dealership for us and let us take a test drive of each one. We must have test drove at least half a dozen different cars before we found a Passat that seemed to be a perfect fit for us. Brian was there to answer any questions my wife and I had about the various models we tried out. We never felt pressured to make a hasty decision and we took the Passat home over the weekend as a loaner to help us decide. Well, we wound up buying it the next week and the rest, as they say, is history. Thank you Brian Wagner and thank you Southern Volkswagen. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. A lot of companies don't seem to focus much on customer service anymore, however this was not the case at Southern Volkswagen. I came in looking for a new Gti, I left in a new CC.. this car is awsome. It has the performance of the Gti but the size I need for an expanding family. I was in the market for a used Mini Cooper for my husband. Unfortunately, he just didn't know it yet. The Mini was incredible! It had super low mileage and was in amazing/almost new condition. Tien Lien was our salesman. Tien is an outstanding salesman. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable about the products he is selling, but his overall attitude is outstanding. He is kind and understanding and not pushy. He really listens to what the consumer wants and make sure the consumer is 100% satisfied. I have since continued to refer all of my friends and family members to check out the Southern VW team. Southern VW has an incredible team. We were so happy to purchase from them and will continue to do so in the future. More
