On November 8, 2013, I took my 2007 Volkswagen Beetle to Southern Volkswagen- Greenbrier for a routine oil change. By the end of that business day, I walked out with a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. My daughter and Southern Volkswagen- Greenbrier for a routine oil change. By the end of that business day, I walked out with a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. My daughter and I were walking around looking at cars, when Mr. Michael Terrance approached us. I told him I would love to purchase a new car, but I have horrible credit and I was unable to purchase a new car. I tried to make every excuse under the sun on why I could not purchase a new car. Mr. Terrance told me my credit would not be a problem and he would get me into a brand new car. I admit I did not believe him; every obstacle I threw at Mr. Terrance, he overcame them. My daughter and I are so excited with my purchase. I give Mr. Terrance and the staff at Southern Volkswagen- Greenbrier an A- t 100, they are very professional and very helpful!! I just wanted to say that Tien Lien my salesman was the best I've ever encountered. I have never met a car salesman who knows his product inside and out.
