If I could I could give this place a NEGATIVE I WOULD! I am livid with this place. I was initially looking for a 2010 or a 2011 Jetta preferably a darker color. I was greeted by a sales consultant, which he am livid with this place. I was initially looking for a 2010 or a 2011 Jetta preferably a darker color. I was greeted by a sales consultant, which he was very nice "at first" Everything's good with the car, I speak with my husband and I decide let's go on the inside a talk numbers. Now, I was very specific and stern with my price range. Mind you online the car was retailed at $14,900 which was reasonable for 2011 Jetta. I explained to the sales consultant that I would has $10,000 has a down payment, being that I'm young with no credit I was told I needed a lender to finance the rest. Okay, granted. This was on a Saturday, so after we do a bunch of unnecessary speaking we finally came to a agreement on $10,000 down payment + $129 would be my monthly payment. I sign the paperwork and everything. I leave the dealership with the car, and I saw that there was a crack on my windshield. I called the sales consultant back and explained to him my concern, and he responded very nonchalantly about It. And he just said bring the car back in on Monday because they were closed on Sunday. Alright. It's Monday, and I was told that the price $129 a month was invalid and that they couldn't ind a lender to finance me. And I'm like " IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE ME A LENDER WHY THE xxxx DID I SIGN $129 A MONTH?" And that was basically just to collect my deposit. My recommendation would be to stay FAR FAR FAR FAR away from this dealership. They are desperate & malicious. Even for the amount of time I ha the car, they never detailed it! Never cleaned my car! More
