Warranty Repair I purchased a used VW from another dealership and within 1 week, I had an issue with the vehicle. I took it back to the dealership that I purchased it from and they were unable to help because they weren't a VW dealership. I took the car to Southern and everyone on the staff that I spoke to or dealt with were professional, courteous, and helpful. The Service Advisor, Andrew, explained everything in detail and kept in touch to update me on the progress of the repair. The repair was completed and the car runs great. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone that needs repairs on their VW. More
