Buying the vehicle was simple. But that’s fine. After a couple months of owning it. There is a shake in the rear end ( I knew it just needed the rear tires to be balanced, it’s been doing this since I bought it. So of course that wasn't under warranty. But still had it done because it needed it. After making that appointment, knowing that I had to have it back by 3 no later. Dropped off at 9 or 9:30. Keep in mind it just needed the rear tires balanced. After having it all day called about it once to make sure it would be ready. I get there with no phone call around 3:00 still wasn’t finished. Waited there for another hour making me late to where I needed to be. Finally finished it. And after all day there, after only balancing two rear tires. Charged me over $80.00 late to my daughter’s basketball game that I missed. ALSO, still shaking in the rear end. Needless to say I will not be back to have my truck serviced also thinking about trading in the vehicle somewhere else just because. It’s a shame bc my wife has excellent service at their Roanoke location. To bad it can’t be the same here closer to home. More
