Service Advisor, Kayla Lambert kept me well informed by calling me and telling me the engine and cabin filter were very dirty, gave me the replacement costs/labor, I said yes. When I arrived and paid my invoice. I didn’t see an annotation regarding that service had checked under the car for a rattle. Kayla was not available, but another Advisor checked my paperwork and said he saw nothing on this, so maybe check next time. That was odd. Also, my multi-point inspection checklist had zero checks or concerns filled in. When I went to my car there were 7-8 pages of tires I could purchase. Nothing on my checklist suggests I need tires. Can someone find out if anyone checked for an annoying rattle under my car and do I need to be replacing tires, and when?? More

Very pleasurable Really good service department although I do miss seeing Preston as he is a know and trusted part of the service department. Actually, he is the face of the service department!!
