This was about to be a good experience buying a car until I sat down with the finance person, I think her name was heather. The sales girl Holly did most things right. I only wanted numbers and answers. holly the salesperson obeyed my requests and behaved honorably and all was going smoothly until paperwork time. Heather, against my request for unwanted goods and services, still attempted to upsell until I literally, was reaching for my keys to abandon the sell altogether. I was forced to be rude to get the sales ploy to end. If anyone every reads these reviews and uses the information I would offer this advise: when a customer asked for nothing extra leave it at that. It only takes one greedy pushy person to ruin the whole opinion of an entire business. Also, the little girl Holly; should be treated well. She reads people well and at no point in time did I resent her … car salespeople are naturally hated and not trusted but she had a way of disarming my reluctance. Overall I’m pleased, compared to our last purchase which had a covid market adjustment, which my wife is still annoyed by and nearly lost her mind when she found out I bought from you again.
