The only thing I was upset about they were supposed to set my tires to 33 lbs and they chargede. Once I drove the car they were all different 36, 38, 35,37. Great rapport with mechanic, very friendly, had an issue with the address on google, drove to the wrong place and had to go to the new place based off a sign so I was little late to appointment. The quality of the actual work done to my vehicle has always been great. The quality of the customer service I have and continue to receive is disappointing at best. On multiple occasions I am told I will receive a call with an update to quite expensive warranty claims on my vehicle, only to never receive a call, text, or email from anyone. No matter how many voicemails and texts are left, there is never any communication. But when it comes time for me to schedule a regular maintenence visit, it's like an entire different world. I get calls and texts about my appointment and text updates on my vehicle. It'd be nice to actually have some communication during a time where a very expensive vehicle repair is looming over my head and not just when there's quick fast money to be made during a service visit. More
