I love my new car! The sales staff at First Team Auto were very friendly and personable! I especially enjoyed working with Horatio and Matt; they were professional, know The sales staff at First Team Auto were very friendly and personable! I especially enjoyed working with Horatio and Matt; they were professional, knowledgable, and respectful. I wish I could say the same about all of the First Team members that I worked with, but unfortunately, one of the team members made multiple offensive comments to me about the fact that my boyfriend and I live together but we are not married. I do not recall coming to this dealership seeking spiritual guidance concerning my relationship. Furthermore, I did come to this dealership to have someone judge me because I subscribe to different beliefs than they do. At one point, during price negotiation, this particular team member looked at me and said he was surprised at how well I was keeping up with everything. This was offended me because why shouldn't I be able to keep up? Because I am a female or maybe because I am 24 years old? I'm not sure why he was so surprised by my ability to "keep up." All I know is that I don't deserve to be condescended to and I don't deserve to be told that my "boyfriend needs to put a ring on my finger." It's completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Because of this, I will never recommend this dealership to friends or family. I have only glowing remarks for other members of the team that I worked with including Horatio and Matt, but again, any positive experiences I had with these two team members is ultimately negated by your other team member who felt it was appropriate to judge my relationship and dictate to me that I should be married. It's literally NOBODY at that dealership's business whether I am or am not married. I have never been talked to like that before, and I will not let anyone talk to me in that way again. More

Worst WARRANTY ever Worst experience ever we have a 2011 Hyundai Sonta and the engine seized today 32k miles low miles and warranty wont cover due to oil changes.
