My overall experience when I bought my new vehicle was awesome. From the time I test drove the car to the processing of the paperwork and the finally driving the car home as my own was painless. Every transaction was smooth and the salesperson Kenny Martin was great to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me step by step of the different accessories on the car and showed me how each worked before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely continue to buy my vehicles from First Team Auto. The entire staff which includes finance and the GM were pleasant to work with and they treated me not only as another customer but more of welcoming to their Nissan family. Wayne spent the entire afternoon with me and I couldn't be more pleased. He was patient, offered suitable options, and assisted me in turning in my rental car. The entire experience was horrible and the General manager is awful. In our community he goes out to purchase products from local retailers and demands discounts while in the moment or he will not sho manager is awful. But if you visit his dealership he will not even discuss price at all. He was rude to my wife and made it clear that during my short visit he was not interested in my business. I will never purchase a automobile from this dealership. Double standard rip off! More

Mel Dobbs,Salesman at First Team was very helpful. When we went to the dealership, we were not planning on buying a car. We were just going to look at a Nissan Altima, test drive and ask some questions. Me we went to the dealership, we were not planning on buying a car. These guys were absolutely great! They were professional, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me to make a purchase. Jeffrey Spencer in the Finance office was really patient and explained every single piece of the process and paperwork. Kenny Martin worked with me over a few days to make sure I had the car I wanted - go see him - he will really look after you and get you a great car!
