Buying Another Subaru Our 2014 Impreza is the second Subaru we have purchased from First Team. Rick was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Hassle Free Experience-No Pressure-Honest And No Surprises From the time I pulled on their lot on Saturday and was welcomed by Teresa Hiner until I drove out in my new 2015 Sonata Sunday afternoon it was like From the time I pulled on their lot on Saturday and was welcomed by Teresa Hiner until I drove out in my new 2015 Sonata Sunday afternoon it was like being with old friends even though I had never met any of the employees before. We picked out the car I liked fairly quick and took a test drive. We came back to the dealership and in a few minutes I had a detailed quote that included all cost,discounts and estimated payment. Told Teresa I would call her back on Sunday after sleeping on it and let her know. She was OK with that and did not give me that final do it now or the sky will fall or there were ten other customers looking at that same car and there was little chance it would still be there Sunday. I called Teresa about 1 oclock Sunday and told her it was a go. Went in around 3PM to do the dreaded closing thinking how much I hated all the hassle of being pushed to buy all the add ons I did not want, Their Manager Chip Bennett did my closing and to my surprise he went through them with no pressure or pushing. Signed my name many times and was out in about half an hour. Everything was very professional and easy, Everyone told me if I ever had any problem with service or questions about the car to feel free to call them for help anytime. My experience was great and I will have no problem recommending them to friends and family. More
