I've had multiple repairs on a car that was purchased new. Every repair was done more than once, sometimes a few appointments to resolve the same problems. Very rude and arrogant. Did not fix the vehicle correctly had to take it back a second time and it is still wrong. Also when I went to get my rental vehicle Melissa at the front desk message the guy that does the rentals and she had her screen up so when she said Mrs Raether is here he said 'oh dear Lord' like it was a problem.
