I bought 2 cars from this dealer and they’re both totaled within 6 months of purchasing the first one. The second one I purchased started having issues within days of purchasing it. I put hundred of dollars within 6 months of purchasing the first one. The second one I purchased started having issues within days of purchasing it. I put hundred of dollars into “fixing” it before I was told I needed a new engine. The people seem friendly enough, but I guess when you’re scamming your customers you gotta be. Im now $20,000 in debt with no car to drive. More

Called for assistance about a car I purchased from SSA, poor customer service. They are very rude, short tempered and impatient. After several issues that the warranty didn’t cover I decided to cancel the warranty, since I was paying out of pocket for everything anyway (Endurance 🙄). Olivia told me it would take over a month to finalize the cancellation, in actuality it takes less than a week. When I called to ask about the balance to be returned to my finance company they give me the runaround. Whoever Eugene is (finance manager) he’s never available. Won’t return calls either. I love my car but I hate that I have to deal with this dealership for any issues. If I knew then what I know now I’d have waited to find a similar car elsewhere. (BMW X6). They will lie, avoid you and leave you to deal with issues urself. Buyer beware! These folks have a bottom line and it doesn’t include excellent customer service. More
