Just purchased a certified used Equinox on July 8,2022. Had a brake problem 28 days latter. Contacted dealership, took vehicle in for repair. Everything was covered under warranty, with no charge to us at all. They even gave my wife a car to drive so she wouldn't have to set around the dealership while repairs were being made. Awesome customer service!! The quality of the repairs were great and all personal were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend dealership if in the market for a new or used vehicle. A special shout out to Vince Brown, Alex Knight and Chris Williams. Thanks again!! More
I wish I could give 0 stars as this was the worst buying experience I've ever had. They caused 3 separate hard inquiries on my credit when working on the financing, and added a bunch of unnecessary extras i experience I've ever had. They caused 3 separate hard inquiries on my credit when working on the financing, and added a bunch of unnecessary extras into the cost. Car was sold to me with a broken rear camera, broken tailgate latch and bad wheel bearing. Prior to signing the paperwork, salesman said they ordered a camera to fix the rear camera, and would look at the tailgate latch when I come in for the camera replacement. Meanwhile, I drove out of state in the car the day after purchase, and find out once arriving at my destination that a wheel bearing needs to be replaced. Southern Pines salesman tells me to take it to the local dealership, and that they would work with the dealership to cover it. Take it in, get it fixed, then all of a sudden, salesman/Southern Pines changes the story. They won't cover it or even assist with the cost, so I pay for it just so I can get back home and figure I'll deal with them later. I take the car in to get the camera replaced, and the salesman I was working with and the service manager are both unavailable. After they look at the tailgate latch, and it's indeed broken. The lady in service says she'll check the warranty and with the salesperson, and will call me back about it. Now, no one at the dealership will take my calls or call me back. I'm out an extra $650 on the wheel bearing, and still need to get the tailgate latch fixed. Run far and fast if you're looking for a used car, Southern Pines does NOT stand by their cars or care at all about their customers. More

Service? What service? They are like sharks. Took my Vaddy in for my rear brake light and blinker I was told I would need the entire back assembly kit. Keith What service? They are like sharks. He automatically said I need a whole assembly kit even though I told him I watched a dozen videos of people changing the bulbs. SHAM SHAM AND SHAME ON YOU. DOING IT MYSELF AND I HAD AN APPT BUT WOULDNT TAKE TIME TO EVEN CHECK THE FUSES. NEVER EVER GO THERE! WARNING. More

I immediately wanted to purc with a truly horrible and concerning car buying experience. I inquired about a vehicle they had posted on their website. I immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Jeff talked me through the process and told me to send in credit applications along with my mother. We submitted ALL required documents. 5 days go by and NO response from Jeff. I contacted the dealer regarding this and again no response. Listed on my credit report are multiple inquiries from the dealership and yet no response from anyone. I was presented with multiple shady business practices from this dealer. Just simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and star far away. The photo's below show our correspondence. Or lack-thereof. Currently a week later and nothing. This is no way any customer should be treated. More
The process was fairly quick. Trisha was very late with paperwork. I still haven’t received mine and I purchased early October. She said it would be in the mail but it never came through.
